Fundamental analysis is basic analysis of the product/company which is composed of Qualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis . The Qualitative analysis is .. Type of industry, product , no. of plants/factory, quality policy, environment policy, outlets, dealers, brand ambassador, popularity index etc . While Quantitative is figure oriented like companys turn over , profit, over rates , loan , liablities, expansion plan etc these are deciding factors for volumnous investment for long term.
Technical analysis is simple analysis which tells us which direction the stock price tends to move based on price , volume and other logical indicators.
The fundamental analysis are best and unchallenged analysis provided 100 % inputs available to the invester. However it is not possible for small invester to acquire 100% data so the fudamental analysis is incomplete for small investers .So fudamental analysis is not meant for average traders/ investors.
The pro of technical analysis are it is simple , based on transperent data like price and volume, is useful for intraday traders to book profit, uses logical analysis also for short term investors.
The tech analysis are it is not useful when it comes to bulk long time incestments which can be catered through fundamental analysis.
