Long Position can be created during the Positive run way gap.
Short Position can be created during the gap of supply zone.
Based on the existing trend the exhaustion can be identified.

In the Stock movement, there will be a Gap between the Previous days close and Opening day will be called “Gap”.

Piercing Pattern is reversal trend pattern.
From bear to bullish reversal, the current candle cover at least 50% of the previous candle and the upper tail should not be very high – indicates positive sign. From bull to bearish reversal, it will be opposite of above.

Doji means Neutral. Appearance of Doji after a significant Rally / Fall indicates the temporary pause.

As per the Price Pattern, when the positive steeper pole exceeds the previous Supply zone then it’s time to buy a share.
When the negative steeper pole exceeds the previous Demand zone then it’s time to sell the share.

Dow Theory:

Flag Pattern has the steeper pole along with the sideways rectangular movement. It will take less time to form (4-7 days for sideways).
