Engulfing pattern is covering previous body which shows trend reversal.
After a significant rally, the previous body should be covered by today’s body and low, opening should be lower than the previous low and volume needed to be high.
Then according to the recent rally, we can buy or sell.

The Candle stick graphic representation is better as compared to line and Bar. Hence its widely used by the analyst. It clearly represents Open, Close, High, Low and gaps. The chart we normally follow daily charts. It gives view for upcoming week trend.

1. The Waves pattern should form a triangle shape.Each wave should have 15 days time.
2. Triangle break out expected at 70% of the zone.

The cup pattern is accumulation pattern.
It usually takes 6-2 years.
Volume is low during cup.
Long position can be created when it cross the last higher top.

2. Name the tops and bottoms.
3. Witness HB and HT sequence with high volume.
4. Bullish starts above HT.
