When the price reached two equivalent tops it is called Double Top. When the price crosses the previous bottom with high volume then it is a bearish trend.

The consecutive formation of diminishing height 5 Triangles (ABCDE) on a Line Chart qualifies for a Triangle Pattern Formation.
However following are required to qualify for a perfect Triangle Pattern :
Duration of the Triangle formation is about 1.5 months
Breakout should be supported with good traded volumes
