A cup like formation is formed in chart. It must take long time to form the pattern. The share will not on par with the trend of the market. Volume will be usually low during the formation of the pattern

A low top followed by a high top and a low top forming the shape of a head with shoulders on both sides in wave pattern is called so. Volume at left low must be very high and the volume at the right shoulder will be low.

Identify lower bottoms followed by lower tops or higher bottoms followed by higher tops. Initiate the trade at the previous high or previous low for long or short repectively

In option the buyer pays a premium to get the contract. The risk of the buyer of an option is limited. The seller or writer of an option has unlimited risk and limited profit. In futures, both the buyer and seller share the same amount of risk

you have to find the pattern at the end of the chart. Only then you could place an order. If you find it in the middle of the chart, it is the past scenario.
