At the entry point, the price is expected to go down or up and an order is placed. However, instead of price reaching the target, reaches the stop loss price and hence the trader has to come out of the trade incurring losses instead of profit.

Area gaps are not indicators of price movement, rather oscillations within the bullish and bearish area. Hence they are expected to be usually filled back in few days. I have attached the same company’s chart with the same area gaps which was filled later in both the cases.

I believe morning star is the doji formed after a dark night, meaning downward fall and expecting bright day in short term, meaning bullish for the short term future.
