My answer is :
The shareholder doesn’t have the right to ask for refund nor can he ask for dividend , since return is not assured . The company only has the right to give him dividend or not . Either he can make profit out of his own shares .

My answer is :
This is the only market where trading of shares is done legally. There are no restrictions . It helps in buying and selling of shares . It provides the required funds for boosting the business. It makes it possible to sell the stock at any point of time and get back the investment along with the profit .
