An intraday trader does not have to keep track of the demand and supply in the stock market, whereas a positional trader would need to keep track of those criteria. Also, an intraday trading is just for a day time whereas positional trading involves trading for a long period of time. So, the analytical tool used in both cases are also different.

RSI (Relative Strength Indicator),is another technical indicator which is used at non-trending area .
When RSI >70, it indicates the strength of buyers
When RSI<30, it indicates the strength of sellers

10am – 11:30am and
2pm – 2:45pm.

moving average is a technical indicator which helps in identifying the trend i.e. either bullish or bearish. It takes around 21 days to a month time.Mostly it shows a sideways movement. The trend is positive when the price goes below the average and it is positive when the price goes above the average.
