it seems one of the condition to form cup pattern is not met. i.e should take atleast of 6 months to form cup pattern.

Head and shoulder patterns happened between mid of Jan to mid of apr2015.
It qualifies to be header and shoulder pattern since period was almost a month to form each pattern and volume was high on forming left shoulder.
Short position can be considered on breaking 1496. SL 1650 and target 1256
And stock was in distribution phase

Based on this decisions can be taken for trading since these are calculations where as price patterns/dow theory can be used to know the trends.
