RSI (Relative Strength Index) is a technical indicator where ,
Sell- when the price meets Overbought after RSI>70 period.
Buy-when prices meets oversold after RSI<30 period.

Moving average is a technical indicator which works in trending section of the graph where they the graph above moving average line is considered as bullish trend and graph below moving average is considered as bearish trend.
prices away from this line are attracted towards the average and prices on the line are repelled from the average.

the difference between the closing price of a day to the opening price of next day is identified as an empty space in candle stick charts, which is referred as gap.

Recent price fall
The green body should cover previous day lower, green body should cover atleast previous day’s 50% body, upper tail should be short.
Create a long position after crossing the higher of two days with stop loss the lower.

Japanese used to follow candlestick analysis to trade rice long 200 years ago, from there the western culture adopted it to implement for stock tradings.
Real Time applications are Engulfing,Peircing,DOJI, Hammer/Hanging man.

For bullish engulfing-
Recent price fall, then the green body should cover the red body and volume might be high at engulfing day. So long is created after crossing higher of 2 tops and stop loss is lower of 2 bottoms.

Morning star- DOJI formed after recent price fall and high volume tends to reversal causing bullish .– long position.
Evening star- DOJI formed after recent price growth and high volume tends to reversal causing bearish effect.–short position.
