While practicing DOW theory happened to view Ms. Divya’s post on DOW theory. I felt the proposal didn’t meet the criteria with Entry point, target, and SL. I might be wrong. Can you please rectify my doubt?

Bagya replied to the topic Why do we need to close the intraday position on the same day? Is it mandate? in the forum Intraday Analysis for Day Traders 8 years, 6 months ago
It is mandate to close the intraday short position the same day. If the long position is decided to carry forward, it is not a problem, but then it is not intraday, it becomes positional.
The reason behind closing the intraday the same day is the deal will be executed by the exchange after market closure. So before that it has to be closed.

Bagya replied to the topic What is intraday analysis? How it is different from positional analysis in the forum Intraday Analysis for Day Traders 8 years, 6 months ago
Studying the market movement or stock movement of that particular day by analyzing factors like market sentiments, FII activity, world market, market breadth etc., is called as Intraday Analysis.
It is very much different from positional analysis because positional analysis demand and supply i.e. Price and Volume are considered as major factors.
