Pattern formed in shape of a cup. Takes more than six months or so for it to form and usually with less volume. Buy when the trend becomes bullish and exceeds the previous high, long positions are to be created.

A cup like pattern formed in about 6 months time with a flat movement of the price. The volume usually will be low. The trend is expected to be bullish when it crosses the previous top.

    It is an Accumulation Pattern
Gradual Accumulation of Stocks is Happening
It Takes Longer Duration to Form – Minimum 6 Months to 2 Years.
The Correlation of this Stock Should be Low . If the Market Goes Up, This May Not Go Up. If the Market Goes Down, This May Not Go Down.
LackLuster Volume Shud Form the Rounding Bottom..
Long Position Can be Created When it crosses the Previous Top.
