Cons: Need more time, money and knowledge for doing this analysis.

Most of us agree with this thinking and can gather the data fairly easily

It is genetrally a small practice to invest in a company with sound financials that is witnessing material revenue growth

CONS:

The problem with fun damental analysis is that you are still making prediction about the future that may not come true

Fundamental analysis is good for long-term investments based on long-term trends and the main disadvantage for me is that if used on its own,fundamental analysis doesn’t take into consideration the “herd mentality “phenomenon.
