As per the Seq1 in chart1, the engulfing is formed after bearish trend with increase in volume. Trade Plan: Direction Bullish, Position Long, Entry at 146.5, SL 140, Target 153.
As per the Seq2 in chart1, the engulfing is seen with volume but the trend before engulfing is not completely bullish as it is moving down in between(19th,20th Feb), hence it is not recommended to trade with this engulfing pattern.
As per the Seq3 in chart 2, the engulfing is formed after bearish with good volume before the day of engulfing. Trade plan: Direction Bullish, Position Long, Entry at 133,SL 127, Target 139.
As per the Seq4 in chart 2, the engulfing is formed after bearish with slight increase in volume before engulfing. Trade Plan: Direction Bullish, Position Long, Entry at 137, SL 133, Target 141
DEAR SIR /MADAM
IN seq 2 up trend is there but trade is not possible due to trigger of stop loss and in adequate volume
IN seq 3 Pattern can be considered more as morning star than bullish engulfing However plan and target are perfect
IN seq 4 volume is low on both days compared to the days before and after engulfing
