Online trading is digitized form of trading that enables easier access to the market, regardless of where the buyer and seller is. It processes transactions within seconds ands reduces cost.
Earlier trading used to be done directly that is , face to face . Brokers were contacted on a daily basis and the transaction was executed personally . Nowadays , an online platform called DEMAT account helps to contact brokers and transactions are made online .
Online trading involves execution of transaction within a day .
This was the method introduced by NSE .
