What is the use of GAP…Is it useful for trading..What it indicates?
What is the TRADE PLAN for AREA gap?
AREA GAP appears inside the trading area with low volume..
within that trading area if AREA gap appears in uptrend means what it indicates …can we buy using this?
i think AREA GAP means demand pressure=supply pressure….so pls tell me the trade plan for this .. sir
pls reply me sir …Then only i can continue my analysis in other GAPs…
Hi,
Any Gap appear inside the trading Range is called as Area GAP. As you said, during Training Range or consolidation phase Demand Pressure = Supply pressure. Hence any Gap appeared on Area is expected to get filled in next few trading session.
How to User GAP Analysis
Area GAP is Getting Filled -> This indicates the trend is remain in sideways move….
If Area GAP Remain open -> Then this indicates the strength of one side
We use gap analysis to gauge the strength of the trend.
