The next top is the top in our analysis
IF the scrip moved to the higher bottom AFTER THE TOP then alone we can go long
AS per your selection the scrip had ALREADY REACHED the higher bottom even before the top itself
Hence as far as my knowledge goes if we select 830 itself as the first top then the principle of HB /HT may not be enforced to have long trade plan
