What is Equity market?

In stock market Basically two major types of market

1. Primary market , and 2nd Derivative markets

Primary Market is called Equity Market, Where Buy of the particular stock gets Ownership of the company

and Buyer has to pay full amount in context with Settlements has to be done at the end of the day itself,

It is also called Cash market or Spot Market as well
