What are different types of charts?

There are three kind of charts:
1.  line chart – this chart has x and y axis where in the closing rate are being joined together to make a line.
2. bar chart – this chart is a chart with information on opening/ closing prices with the days high and low.
3. candlesticks – this show the market trend(bullish or bearish) apart from the information being provided in bar charts.

Bar Chart  – More informative than line charts . it contains open and close value for the day. ideal for medium term traders

Candlestick Chart – More informative than bar charts. it contain Open, high, low, close info. Ideal for short term traders
