    Primary Market is the market in which the shares are offered directly by the company while starting the company or by IPO.

    Secondary Market is the market in which the shares are traded through exchanges(NSE & BSE).

    When a share is first introduced in share market for trading it said as Primary market /IPO

    After the issue of IPO next trading is called as secondary market

    Secondary market is the one where trading takes place where the transfer of share happens between buyers and sellers.
