The stock market is the meeting place for buyers and sellers who trade shares of companies. The stock market is needed to buy and sell stocks, in other words, to get reimbursement of money invested in a company as shares or to get the ownership of a company by buying shares. There are two types of Stock markets exist. Primary market is a point when IPO of a company is issued and available for the public to buy. Secondary market is the stock market where already issued shares are traded without impacting the company. Securities and Exchange Board of India controles and regulates the Stock market and its brokers. Sensex is the average share value of the Top 30 companies of Mumbai Stock Exchange. Nifty is the average share value of the Top 50 companies of National Stock exchange.
