F&O Basics

F&O is derivative trading, and value derived from underlying asset value.
Its helpful in hedging the risk by making a future call (buy) or put(sell)
During life of contract – Options gives the buyer right to buy but not obliged to buy or sell(in case of seller)@a specific price in a given time duration during contract time.
Future gives obligation to buy or sell at specific future date
