Gujarat Steelco shows a long term Cup and Handle pattern

An accumulation started at on  November 2014 and shows significant rounding and ends on Feb 2017. It shows a significant pull back which forms the handle and then breaks out of the resistance line. There is a low volume seen all through the accumulation phase, and there is a rise in volume seen on the formation of the rounding and a low volume is seen during the handle formation when there is a pull back and a high volume seen during breakout.
