We have buyers and sellers in stock market. A buyer becomes a share holder when he buys a particular company’s shares. IPO is by new companies that enters the stock market. Some of the basic terms used in stock market are Share holder, face value, Dividend, Shares, Sensex, Nifty, Bonus.
