BASICS OF STOCK MARKET -DAY 1

1)Stock market is nothing but market which is used to by a stocks .it same as other market
2)Stock market is needed to purchase or selling the shares depends on the demand and supply
3)Face vaule is just a denomination and dividend is the profit is shared to share holders,bonus : an additional share which is given to the existing shareholders ,split :the shares are split in to some ratios ,
Example : A – company is having the 1000rs and planned to give to public for 100 shares of each 10rs ,so here face values is 10rs of each share .after performing they are getting profit of 100 rs and the same shared to 100 share holders ,ie, around 1 RS dividend each share holders.bonus:the same company is getting the profit of 1000rs so they planned to issue the bonus ,i.e.instead of 100 shares now all are ownning 200 share with face values of 10rs .Split the company want to split the shares 100 shares to 200 shares – face values now is 5rs
4)NSE is having around 1500 companies ,so it is not show the index of NSE ,so it is considering only top 50 companies and performances are listed ,it is called NIFTY and the same BSE is having around 3000 companies ,top 30 companies are indexed as SENSEX
