stock trading happened through the brokers in the exchanges. The buyers and sellers trade throw the brokers like buy and sell. The overall system was regulated by SEBI. While trading, in the exchange, the buyers and sellers where queued in counters like buying counter and selling counter. The one who pose maximum amount to buy will be in top of the list and likewise the one who ask lowest price will be top in the sellers queue. Often People think its a easiest method to make money even though they know the risk that only 5% of traders make profit. Some others used it for long term deposit. It is based on the view. Stock trading is Business if i trade with knowledge and discipline to get more reward than risk. But if my risk is more than my reward then its Gambling.Trade plan is the analysis that is done before buying/selling a stock and its essential to do good and successful trading. Entry level is the current level, expecting level is target and maximum risk is stop-loss.
