Basics of Future/Call/Put Option trading

Future market – Settlement of the trade happens on the future date(maturity date)
Call Option Buyer – Buyer has the right to buy. One can use this option if he/she thinks the price would go up
Put Option Buyer – Buyer has the right to sell. One can use this option if he/she thinks the price would go down
One should carefully look at the premium before trading using call & put options.
