Stock trading happens through brokers electronic system.
in this process based on the type of order and the bid price, buyers and sellers decide the stock price.
positional trading is buying and holding the stock for a while
intra day trading is buying and selling the stock on same day
going long is buying and holding the stock
going short is selling a stock which we dont have and then buying it back.
