Stock market is where people come to exchange securities. In India there are two main stock exchanges, one is NSE and BSE and NSE is considered fast, secure and BSE is more conservative. NSE index is NIFTY 50 and BSE index is SENSEX, where they provide Industrial average. SEBI regulates the securities exchange and it is very important because they promotes and protect the interests of investors no matter what. Every stock market company has three main people Shareholders, Promoters and Directors. IPO is for primary market and securities exchange is for secondary market. Stock market contains two main people, investors who hold shares and traders who exchange shares constantly. Investors main expectation is dividend or bonus shares but trader looks for market volatility to make profit.
