first of all,we need a stock market to transfer the shares. it is a place where we find buyers and sellers of the shares. it is difficult for us to find buyers and sellers of shares if there is no stock market . so it is a single roof under which we can find different traders. it ensures free flow of shares.

NO. share holders have no right to ask for dividends. it is upto the MD or CEO’S decision wether to issue dividends or not. he can not ask for refund but he can transfer his shares to another person.

stock market is place where buyers ans sellers of shares meet. it is a place where people can easily find buyers or sellers for their shares . in general terms like any market stock market also has different counters for different shares and each counter has different buyers and sellers so it becomes convenient for the traders to trade.
