GAP is an area in the graph there were no trades.
Types: Area gap, Breakaway gap, Run away gap & Exhaustion gap.

Piercing pattern is made of two candle sticks 1st is bearish & 2nd is bullish.
Conditions: The bullish candlestick must open below previous close.
Buy when price goes above previous day high.
Short Sell when price goes below previous day low.

Short term or weekly traders can used candlestick analysis.
High volume is a sign of trend reversal, so can change the direction of the price movement.

A candlestick analysis is a method which uses a type of graph which shows day open, day close and day high, day low in a single candle like figure.
It can be used to analyse a short term price movement less than a month.
It is used by weekly traders.

Its is a 2 candle reversal pattern. The 2nd candle completely engulfs the first.
It should have occurred after a recent fall.
Buy during bullish engulfing.
Sell during bearish engulfing.

Doji is a neutral candlestick.
After Doji, in case of morning star, we can buy and in case of evening star we can sell.

Hammer is a bullish reversal candlestick pattern. Buy at trend reversal.
Hanging man is bearish reversal candlestick pattern. Sell at trend reversal.

Bearish candle -> Doji -> Bullish candle – Morning star. Buy after recognizing morning star.
Bullish candle -> Doji -> Bearish candle – Evening star. Sell after recognizing evening star.

Buy when breaking resistance
Sell when a new higher top position is reached.
Short sell when price goes below support.

It is difficult to find the point of resistance and support until the position is reached.
It need 2 years data to correctly evaluate the price pattern.
It stays on top of analysis because it almost gives the points where high level investors tend to invest and exit.

A price level where the demand becomes more than supply is support point, where the price will not go down and may raise up. So long position is done.
A price level where supply become more than demand is resistance point, where the price will not go up and may go down. So short position is created.
