3. Duration between the equivalent bottoms – Min 1 month
4. Volume at Point B is high
5. All the conditions of Double bottom are met.

i am not able to open your chart,but I feel ACC is in down trend with lower tops and lower bottom formation from last 6 months,with a major resistance level at around 1395-1400.
