stock market is meant for trading purpose and here share holders can exchange there share at reliable price. and it has very tranferancy and easilly share get transfered from one person to another i.e from sellers to buyers account
price increases when buyers more than sellers and share price degrees when sellers more than buyers . only sellers and buyers decides the trade price
