   When ever RSI crosses down the 70 mark it indicates over bought zone. when ever RSI crosses above 30 mark it indicates over sold zone.     

Buy when RSI crosses above 30 mark and wait until RSI crossed down 70 mark

Sell when RSI crosses down 70 mark and wait until RSI crosses above 30 mark.
