Dow theory is not applicable for Intraday or short term trading because it requires to be analysed for long period of time.
But still it can indicate the trend of the market.

The average turnover on daily basis can be around 2.5-3 Lakh crores.
Yes, It is possible to manipulate the stock price. But it cannot be done by retail traders.
It can be done only by institutional investors. Head and Shoulder pattern in graph is one of the signs of stock price manipulation.

Share holder can only transfer their shares to others but they don’t have right to ask for refund. And even they don’t have right to ask for dividends, only company can take decision about dividends whether it can be given or not.
