In a day before (3.30 pm) market closing time the settlement and deal between the buyer and the seller is called spot market

In future contract: both the sellers and buyers had equal rights without any obligations but in the option(call and put)contract any one has the rights without obligation(buyer or seller)

call option buyer had a rights to buy the stock without any obligation
same as put option had rights to sell the stock without any obligation but both options done in the contract determined price
And premium is decided by the buyer and seller while contract.,

short: to place a sell order and buy when the market price goes down. BUY BACK logic
long winding: sell the stock what we bought in long position

YES it is possible to buy shares from BSE and sell them on NSE provided:
- The Company must be listed in both the stock exchanges
- The Broker should be registered with both the stock exchanges
- Trade cannot happen on Intra-day basis. Settlement can be done within T + 2 Days
