if a higher top is followed by a higher bottom- create long position(stop loss- higher bottom).
if a lower top is followed by a lower bottom- create a short position(stop loss- lower top)

it can only be used for knowing the market trend and it cannot be used for short term trading to know the price behavior.

the market trend could be determined using the higher bottom, higher top, lower bottom and lower top as reference points along with the volume of trade taken place at the points.

the turn over of NSE on a daily basis would be between 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh crores.
No normal person can manipulate the stock price, only huge investors can manipulate the market.

the key factor that decides the price movement is demand and supply, when the buyers are more than the sellers, the price goes up, when the sellers are more than the buyers, the price goes down.

fundamental analysis is the process of digging into a company on all its aspects such as management, sales, research and development, projects, work environment etc, to learn where the company stands exactly at that point of time and how it is going to be in the future.

an analysis is required to calculate the recent and the near future price movements of a company, so that we would know the amount of risk that could be taken on a particular company. there are two types of analysis-

technical analysis

for a fundamental analysis, all the minute details of a company is required, eg; management, ongoing/future projects, sales, etc.
for technical analysis, study of market behavior is what required, using charts of the recent times.
