The support is very high at the third bottom, resulting in bullish trend for long term.

You can take more data into consideration. It seems only 5 months is shown on the chart. We need to have at least one or two years of data on the chart.

As per dow theory the stock seems to be in Lower bottom – Lower top sequence which is neither bullish nor bearish trend. It is not advisable to get into any position as of now.

Position – Short
Entry – 246 / SL – 266 / Exit – 226
Cause : Significant bearish trend with Low Top and Low bottom observed – Volume seems to be high too.
Trade plan B:
Position – long
Entry – 278 / SL – 241 / Exit – 313
Cause : Bullish trend with High bottom and High top observed – Volume seems to be high too indicating high demand.

Not necessary. In case long position was created the trader can hold on to it for a longer time, but it becomes a gamble by then.

The trader has to sell off or buy back on the same day for Intra day analysis. In case of positional analysis, it is not mandatory.
