Today I reviewed the concepts of zero sum game the general aspects of buying and selling of shares . and I also talked about the different positions i.e. the long and short positions , also discussed the difference between gambling and business. I also covered the way how stock market’s trading prices are governed through the mind set of people. Why eventhough the majority of people lose money still don’t stop trying to beat the market. The main take away is that we should not outrun the market but rather run along with it and make rational decisions based on knowledge, and following them consistently through discipline.
