Stock trading is buying and selling a stock between traders which happens in stock market through stock broker only. Stock exchange is responsible for stock settlement at the end of the day. In intraday trading, buying and selling should be on same day itself. Whereas in positional trading buyer can carry the stock to anther day, but sell order should close on the same day except future and optional trading. Trade plan used to know the entry price, stoploss and risk vs reward calculation. Stock fluctuation wont affect the company but traders money.
