The client (buyer or seller) trades stocks in the stock exchange via a broker. The broker makes sure the client has all the requisites to trade and SEBI regulates the exchange for disputes. The client makes orders of type Buy, Sell and does it for intra day and/or positional trading. The traders need to trade with knowledge and discipline so that trading doesnt become gambling.
