Stock trading takes place through exchange which will be executed through a broker, a broker is a wire media between the exchange and the retail person who in turn will place buy or sell order on our behalf, with out brokers orders will not get executed.
The buyers and sellers of a particular day decides the stcok price of the particular trade. There is no link between the monetary aspect of the company and share price effect and it purely depend on buyer and sellers.
