MD: A MD is employed by the business, often by the chairman to run the organization. He manages the board of directors and oversees the performance of the business & reports back to the chairman.

NIFTY is benchmark index of National Stock exchange. Its is the weighted average of 50 Indian company stocks in 13 sectors.
