    BROKER:BROKERS IS THE MIDDLEMAN BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.

    EXCHANGE: EXCHANGE HELPS THE BROKER BY SHOWING THEM BEST DEALS OF SHARES & ORGANISE THEM.

    SEBI: SEBI IS THE REGULATORY BODY APPOINTED BY STOCK EXCHANGE SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF TRADER.

    GOVT: GOVT MANAGE STOCK EXCHANGE APPOINTED BY SEBI.

    BANK: BANK HELPS BY KEPPING OUR SHARES IN OUR DEMAT A/C IN BANKS,

    Broker is the one who takes care of all activities related to buying and selling of a stock and its formalities like paying taxes and duties.
    Exchange is the Only one agency which carries the activities of allotting the shares or money to the traders
    SEBI is the board which regulates all the brokers banks traders and exchange with new rules and regulations for smooth and legally accepted operations.
    Government is he organisation which motivates and governs all these institutions
    Bank holds responsible for the taxes which he is supposed to pay to the government.

    Exchange is the place where buying and selling take place. The traders are connected to Exchange through certified brokers.
    Broker is responsible for placing trader’s order to the exchange after verifying the depts in the account, Broker is responsible for any misplaced orders and the brokers’ deposit will be considered to handle the settlement of misplaced orders.
    SEBI defines the rules and regulations for all stack holders in stock marketing and supports the resolve of the functional issues in the stock market.
    Govt does not have an active role in stock marketing other than regulating the activities through SEBI. Changes in Govt policies may have a direct or indirect impact on the stock market.
    Bank helps us by keeping our shares in our DEMAT accounts in the bank.
