    Moving average is a trending indicator. When the price moves above the moving average the trend is bullish and when it moves below moving average then the trend is bearish..

    moving average is a tool for technical indicator..its is nt usd for decision making..its a supportive tool

    Moving average is an indicator which shows the average of closing prices for a defined period.

    This is calculated by adding the closing prices for a defined period and dividing by the number of days in that period.

    This does not consider volume in that period.

    moving average is a trending technical indicator. generally twenty one days line charts are taken , the line above moving average is bullish trend and  the line below moving average is a bearish trend. it works as a magnet. it does not work well during side ways movement. it is not always correct and should be used as a supporting tool and not a decision maker

    Moving average shows whether the trend is positive or negative.if the trend  is above average it is positive trend.if the trend is below average it is negative trend
