Fundamental Analysis- The data required to do fundamental analysis are company Balance Sheet, P/L account,Work force, Policies, future plans, new inventions, Capital etc. This is done by stronger hands.
Technical Analysis- Technical Analysis is mostly copying the stronger hands. A retail trader can do technical analysis to make money which includes demand and supply, price movements and Volume analysis.
Fundamental Analysis – The data required to do fundamental analysis is the company’s accounts, balance sheet, future development plans, current position etc.
Technical analysis – The data required for technical analysis is market demand vs supply and volume of shares being traded
FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS:
It requires lot of time and money to be spent on details like balance sheet,capital structure,management abilities, achievements and market share .Some are also confidential which cannot get accessed by common people.
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS:
It mainly requires the price and volume of the shares which we are going to study.They are transparent.
FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS:
Quantitative data like balance sheet, capital structure, profit and loss, achievements, market share etc and Qualitative data like management abilities, future expansion plans, labour troubles, industry situation, market situation, political situation etc. Some Qualitative are also confidential. Most of the data required for Fundamental analysis cannot be accessed by common people.
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS:
It mainly requires the price and volume of the shares traded in a particular period.
To do Fundamental analysis we required more inputs like (Balance sheet / P&L Ac / Cost & Management related accounts ) etc..
