I am not sure what you are trying to express here. Please elaborate.

It seems to be proper double top because,

1. it has two equivalent top
2. Volume is high during the break down (point c)
3. Duration is more than 20 days,

Hence i qualify this as double top,

kindly post your understand here, we try to fix the same…
