the buyer will get the stock at the price of the  lowest quoted  seller in the market, if the buyers need more stock the remaining stock will be bought from the next low quoted seller
If I quote a high price I will stand first in the buyer line and the price of the best seller’s price will only be executed i.e. If I quote a share 100 Rs and the current best seller price is 95, then the order will get executed at 95 only not at 100.
If a High price is quoted the system will give first preference to the best sellers price and the Sale will be executed, the balance if any will be carried forwarded to the next seller price.

If it’s a limit order, it would wait until it reaches that price or else it executes in the best order.
