    secondary market is stock market where we buy and sell shares without owning it. Primary market is IPO (Initial Public Offer) where when company needs a huge capital, the company issues shares in public and people buy the shares and become owner of the company. Company has to share the profit to public based on their face value.

    primary market is the market where investor get shares direct from a company through ipo or ffo.

    further if any one wants to buy or sell the shares from existing shareholders  there is a platform names as exchange though which they buy or sell the shares is the secondary market

    Primary Market where the investor invest their money directly and becomes as an partner in the company through Initial Public offering where the company used to collect huge capital from public or institution.

    Secondary Market where the people from the primary market transfer their share or ownership to other people who wish to be an part of the company

    When a company offers shares to the public for the first time, it is done in the primary market. However, if the share holders want to trade shares in exchange of money they do it in the secondary market.
