Can I trade NIFTY, SENSEX ?

NIFTY AND SENSEX are index of the stock exchange.

We cant trade in index in intraday where else Futures and option trading is possible.

s we can buy  both nifty and sensex but we cannot buy the asset

we cant trade in spot but we can trade it in future and options

You cannot actually buy the indexes as they are just benchmarks -(but you can invest in index funds -this is similar to Mutual funds )
